I would truly recommend to any patient who is suffering from severe joint pain, a visit to Mr R Berber, Consultant at the Park Hospital.
He makes you feel very relaxed and at ease about what is going to happen with the surgery, and gives you complete confidence about the procedure, he listens to all the questions you have and answers them in layman's terms.
As I said at the beginning of this, I would truly recommend Mr Berber as a surgeon you can trust.
I am very grateful to him for the surgery he did for me.

I am very happy to recommend Mr Berber to anyone needing replacement hip surgery.
From the first consultation I have found him kind, patient, thorough and reassuring.
I was fortunate in having much less pain even immediately after the replacement than I had prior to surgery and my mobility is steadily improving.
The xray I was shown of my new hip at the post operative review could easily have come from a text book demonstrating perfect placement. Very impressive.

I have been under Reshid's care for the last 3 months, as he has been managing my total knee replacement.
He is an exceptionally professional Orthopedic surgeon and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any patient who is seeking the management and control of Orthodontic issues and problems.
He operated on my knee around 6 weeks ago, and I have made a full recovery in line with expectations, limited pain, good movement and a real positive outcome from what my knee was like previously.

Mr Reshid Berber is a fellowship-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery. His NHS practice is based at Nottingham University Hospitals and his private practice is based at The Park Hospital, BMI Healthcare Nottingham.
Mr Berber graduated from University College London, and trained in London before moving to the East Midlands where he undertook specialist training on the highly regarded training programmes across both Nottingham and Leicester.
Mr Berber was awarded a PhD from University College London, for completing a programme of internationally recognised research based at the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. Mr Berber has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and has received numerous awards in recognition of his research activities. Mr Berber is a dedicated faculty member on a number of national and international teaching courses.
Mr Berber's experiences have equipped him with a breadth of knowledge and skills in performing primary hip and knee joint replacement surgery and complex revision surgery.
